Help me decide what to spin next!
I want to spin up another couple of skeins of something pretty to sell in my shop. With Nick’s help I’ve worked it down to three blend choices:
This one is nice and vibrant. I’d probably ply it with a fine, white or pearl silk thread when done.
This is an alpaca/silk blend - I’ve only worked with merino before but I’m keen to try silk at some point. I’d ply this with a fairly vibrant pink or purple silk thread for contrast, depending on how it looked when spun.
This is a nice blend of greens with a little grey in to soften it. I’m not sure what I’d ply it with, yet. Possibly a green that’s veering towards blue to contrast, or possibly something limey to blend.
So! Which would you pick?
