Every woman has mastered this. We are actually born with this skill.
You level up when you can do it with long sleeves
This blows guys minds, it’s hilarious, lmao.
Literally seconds after entering the house.

A lot of people immediately head towards the cruder varieties and I’m not gonna say they’re wrong for doing that, I’m just saying that, for me, the funniest Benedict Cumberbatch deliberate mispronunciation will always be “Bumberbumber Bumberbumber”

Ugh, photoshop ruins sexy ladies. Look at those gorgeous thighs, those soft arms. Look at where her hip travels under her hand, and then where it starts again above it…
How much of her torso did the shopper gouge off? Let larger women be large. She’d still be just as sexy, damnit!

And actually, looking at that side of her body, the creases in the fabric under her arm that end flat, the weird little sticky-out artifact at her waist, the shopper literaly just cut a chunk off her and left it at that.
I want to learn how to embroider, but I have zero idea where to start.
Does anyone know any good sites, books or other rescources for an embroidery newbie?
I am sure someone here (or many someones) can help out!
If you can find the Reader’s Digest Complete Guide to Needlework in a thrift store or something, that would be a good place to begin.
Cross stitch is also a good technique to begin with.
Google Pintangle or Take a Stitch Tuesday. There website Pintangle has an online embroidery stitch dictionary with instructions for each stitch, and Take a Stitch Tuesday is a blog series in which people do a weekly stitch-along focusing on a single kind of stitch, and also offers free sampler patterns to work from. You can see how other people use the stitch, interpret it your own way and share your work!
You’ll need a hoop, scissors, some needles, a pencil for tracing/sketching patterns onto fabric and some fabric - cotton is easy if you’re just starting.
There are also SO many great tutorials on youtube.
